Refund Policy

If you are not happy with your first payment for any plan or product, contact us at support@dearfont.com within 14 days of purchase and we will refund it in full — no questions asked.

You can cancel anytime from your billing page. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for. Renewal payments are generally not refunded, but if you forgot to cancel, write to us within 7 days of the renewal and we will usually help.

Lifetime access and single-font unlocks are covered by the 14-day guarantee. Credit packs can be refunded within 14 days if the credits have not been used.

Refunds are issued by our payment partner to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. Refunding a purchase removes the features it unlocked.
