How to use it

These are Unicode enclosed alphanumerics, so they paste as text. White bubbles have both cases and the numbers 0–9; black bubbles and squares only exist as capitals, so lowercase letters become capitals in those styles.

Unicode only has capital letters in black circles and in squares. When you pick those styles, lowercase letters are shown as the matching capital so that nothing is left unstyled.
🅰, 🅱 and 🅾 double as the blood-type emoji and 🅿 as the parking sign, so some phones draw them in color. That's up to the device, not the text; if you don't like it, use the white squares or bubbles instead.
They are regional indicator symbols, the characters that pair up into country flags. An invisible separator is placed between them so that two neighboring letters don't merge into a flag; if an app removes it, a pair like T and R can turn into 🇹🇷.
Yes: white and black bubbles cover 0 to 9 (⓪①②…), and the parenthesized style has 1 to 9. Squares have no numbers in Unicode, so digits stay plain there.
Not always. Screen readers tend to read each one as something like “circled B”, which gets tiring fast, and some older devices show empty boxes. Keep bubbles for a short word or name rather than whole sentences.
